[目的]探讨植物源农药苦参碱防治铁皮石斛上中华小囊螺的可行性。[方法]试验以清水作为空白对照,4%螺威粉剂作为阳性对照,测试1%苦参碱可溶液剂按照74.1 ga.i./hm2对水喷雾施药防治中华小囊螺的效果。[结果]中华小囊螺的活动与光照和湿度有关;苦参碱对中华小囊螺触杀效果显著,24 h的防效高达91.94%,显著高于螺威的66.11%;苦参碱持效性较好,对蜘蛛的毒性小,对铁皮石斛具有一定的增产作用。[结论]1%苦参碱可溶液剂对铁皮石斛上的中华小囊螺防治效果显著,具备在铁皮石斛上推广施用的价值。
[Objective] The research aimed to explore the feasibility of matrine, a plant-derived pesticide, for controlling Chinese snails on Dendrobium candidum. [Method] With water as blank control and 4% lovat powder as positive control, the effect of spraying 1% matrine solution on water control of Microcapsiper was tested according to 74.1 ga.i./hm2. [Result] The activity of C. capitata was related to light and humidity. The effect of matrine on M. spiralis was significant. The control effect of 24 h was 91.94%, significantly higher than 66.11% Good sex, small toxicity to spiders, Dendrobium candidum has a certain yield. [Conclusion] The 1% matrine solution had a significant effect on the control of Microcapsida on Dendrobium candidum, and had the value of promotion and application on Dendrobium candidum.
