蛋白质组学技术能高通量对比健康和疾病状态时蛋白质表达谱的改变,有效地进行肿瘤标志物的筛选和鉴定,随着蛋白质组学研究方法的建立和发展,蛋白质组学技术在妇科肿瘤标志物的筛选、早期诊断和分类、病情监测、预后判断等方面有着重要意义。现在就蛋白质组学技术在乳腺癌、卵巢癌、宫颈癌等妇科恶性肿瘤研究中的应用进行综述。
