焊接是设备零部件连接和组成基础,焊接质量对于设备的稳定性和安全性有着直接的影响。本文从工件材质、焊接环境等多个方面着手分析了焊接质量的主要因素,然后就焊接过程中存在的工件变形、焊接裂纹、金属飞溅等焊接问题做了简单剖析,并给出有针对性的解决方法和措施,最后,就存在问题或缺陷的焊接件的返修应遵循的原则进行了阐述。
Welding is the basis for the connection and composition of equipment components, welding quality has a direct impact on the stability and safety of the equipment. In this paper, the main factors of welding quality are analyzed from the aspects of workpiece material and welding environment. Then the welding problems such as workpiece deformation, welding crack and metal splash are analyzed briefly, Solutions and measures. Finally, the principles to be followed in the repair of welded parts that have problems or defects are described.
