我院1988年2月至1993年3月共收治新生儿患儿261例。在此对来自农村的新生儿进行了回顾性分析，显示农村围产医疗保健存在不足，临床资料54例患儿中，男29例，女25例，均为足月儿，低体重儿3例。因病情危重放弃治疗6例，死亡7例，占住院新生儿死亡率的70％。54例病儿中，肺炎18 Our hospital from February 1988 to March 1993 were treated 261 cases of neonates.
