以谢桥矿1341(3)工作面地质条件为基础,利用系统分析比较法对支架进行初选型。简要介绍了支架选型的原则,并通过矿压理论和经验公式对液压支架的主要参数进行理论计算,介绍了大采高支架的结构要求。根据计算得出的参数和支架的结构要求确定支架的型号。通过分析支架的稳定性和适应性,认为ZY10800/30/65D型支架选型合理。
Based on the geological conditions of 1341 (3) working face in Xieqiao Mine, the system of primary analysis was used to conduct the primary selection of the stent. The principle of bracket selection is briefly introduced. The main parameters of hydraulic support are calculated theoretically by means of mine pressure theory and empirical formula, and the structural requirements of large mining height support are introduced. According to the calculated parameters and the structure of the stent to determine the type of stent. By analyzing the stability and adaptability of the stent, the model of the ZY10800 / 30 / 65D stent is considered to be reasonable.
