在以往的报告中,类风湿性关节炎(RA)病人环杓关节受累约占26～75%。作者为了进一步弄清RA在喉部的发病情况,从1985年类风湿专科门诊的139例女性病人中,随机挑选出30例类风湿因子阳性,并接受过胃肠外金剂治疗的患者,与30例健康妇女进行对照研究。30例RA患者中,1例因无关节炎的X线征象及类风湿因子阴性而不计入本组内,其余29例平均年龄为55±1.6岁,病程15±1.5年,其中13例病人有或曾有肘部结节。对照组的平均年龄为53±1.5岁,身高、体重与RA组相似,没有关
In previous reports, patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) accounted for about 26 ~ 75% of the circumflex joint involvement. In order to further clarify the incidence of RA in the throat, from 139 women with rheumatoid arthritis clinics in 1985, 30 patients with positive rheumatoid factor and received extra-gastrointestinal drug treatment were randomly selected. Thirty healthy women underwent a controlled study. Of the 30 patients with RA, 1 was excluded from the study because of non-arthritic X-ray findings and negative rheumatoid factor. The remaining 29 patients had an average age of 55 ± 1.6 years and a duration of 15 ± 1.5 years. Thirteen patients Have or have elbows nodules. The average age of the control group was 53 ± 1.5 years old, height and weight similar to the RA group, no relevant
