从天然苦瓜果实中提取降糖物质,用竞争放射免疫分析方法进行定性和定量分析,结果表明:提取的降糖物质中含有能和胰岛素抗体结合的胰岛素样物质,每克样品中含胰岛素样物质82.1μIU;经过木瓜蛋白酶的水解工艺,每克样品中含胰岛素样物质上升至261.9μIU。这可能是水解作用解除了空间位阻,将胰岛素的抗原决定簇暴露出来之故。
The hypoglycemic substances were extracted from the natural bitter gourd fruits, and qualitative and quantitative analysis was performed by competitive radioimmunoassay.
