写稿的免不了要收到退稿,编稿的免不了要把稿件退回去。不管对谁,退稿总是一个极为敏感的问题。我自己既是作者,弄点文墨,自然经常要得退稿;又作编者,在编稿过程中又得经常地要把有些稿子退回原作者,对此自然就感慨颇多。诚然,写稿是一项极艰苦的劳动,倾注了作者的心血。作者完成了一篇作品,意味着一个“孩子”的出世,一件产品的诞生,对自己的作品总有些偏爱。编者是作品的第一个读者,把稿子退回去,意味着对这“孩子”宣判了“死刑”、这个产品的被淘汰。这终究是令人伤心的事。于是,写稿者与编稿者之间,就有了议论纷纷。但是,退稿有时候却可以变成好事。退
