作者们曾报道人类急性扁桃体炎早期血中纤维蛋白溶解活性升高[见本刊(2):138,1981,文摘号111],但对其升高的机转未进行解释。为阐明纤维蛋白溶解活性的改变是否影响急性扁桃体炎的病程,作者们利用家兔进行试验,使之产生Arthus扁桃体炎,方法是应用BSA(牛血清白蛋白)和福氏完全佐剂混合液注射使家兔致敏,测定血清中BSA抗体滴度达2~4~2~5时,于一组致敏家兔一侧扁桃体内注射0.2~0.3mlBSA,另侧扁桃体注射生理盐水以资对比,肉眼检查见扁桃体明显肿胀和充血,组织学检查:扁
The authors have reported an increase in early blood fibrinolytic activity in patients with acute tonsillitis [see (2): 138, 1981, abstract No. 111], but no explanation for its increased machine conversion was found. To clarify whether changes in fibrinolytic activity affect the course of acute tonsillitis, the authors used rabbits to test to produce Arthus tonsillitis using a mixture of BSA (Bovine Serum Albumin) and Freund’s Complete Adjuvant. Rabbits were sensitized to determine serum BSA antibody titers of 2~4~2~5, 0.2~0.3ml BSA was injected into the side of a group of sensitized rabbits in the tonsil, and the other tonsil was injected with saline for comparison.
