高职“双师”型教师是高职教师发展的方向,为此,本文分析双师型教师的定义和内涵,区别其与“双证”型教师的不同之处,指出什么是“双师”型教师应当全面实质地去考虑的问题,且需要从形式和实质确立“双师”型教师的内涵。
