Objective To analyze the value of pepsinogen (PG) detection in the diagnosis of patients with non-atrophic gastritis and peptic ulcer. Methods Sixty-seven patients with non-atrophic gastritis, 63 patients with peptic ulcer and 50 healthy subjects were enrolled in this study. All patients were given PG test. The test results were observed. The severity of inflammatory reaction, inflammatory activity, PG test results of the relationship between different types of peptic ulcer patients PG Ⅰ, PG Ⅱ and PG Ⅰ / PG Ⅱ test results. Results PGⅠ and PGⅡ in non-atrophic gastritis group and peptic ulcer group were higher than those in healthy group and non-atrophic gastritis group were lower than those in peptic ulcer group. PGⅠ / PGⅡ in non-atrophic gastritis group and peptic ulcer group were lower than those in non-atrophic gastritis group and peptic ulcer group Group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The positive rates of PGⅠ and PGⅡ in patients with strong positive and positive were higher than those with weak positive, and those with strong positive PGⅡ were higher than those with positive and negative. The PGⅠ and PGⅡ were lower in active patients than those in active patients (P <0.05). PGI in patients with gastric ulcer was lower than in patients with duodenal ulcer, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with healthy controls, PG levels in patients with non-atrophic gastritis and peptic ulcer were significantly increased, and peptic ulcer patients increased more significantly, which can promote the improvement of diagnostic accuracy, and has a high clinical value.
