目的了解广州某高校退休人员空腹血糖、尿酸、血脂、血压水平状况,并探讨血糖、尿酸、血脂和血压间的关系。方法以广州某高校2013年参加体检的退休人员1 014人为研究对象,测量血压,早晨空腹静脉采血,分离血清,测空腹血糖(FPG)、尿酸(UA)、血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),对结果进行统计分析。结果该高校退休人员血糖、尿酸、血脂和血压的异常率分别为26.63%(270/1 014,标化率为25.62%)、44.87%(455/1 014,标化率为43.78%)、33.93%(344/1 014,标化率为34.78%)和50.10%(508/1 014,标化率为47.83%)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,高血糖(OR=1.718,95%CI:1.286~2.295),高尿酸(OR=1.408,95%CI:1.089~1.821),血脂异常(OR=1.426,95%CI:1.087~1.872)与高血压密切相关。结论该高校退休人员血糖、尿酸、血脂和血压的异常率偏高;血糖、尿酸、血脂和血压密切相关。
Objective To understand the status of fasting blood glucose, uric acid, lipids and blood pressure in retirees in a college in Guangzhou and to explore the relationship between blood sugar, uric acid, blood lipids and blood pressure. Methods One hundred and seventy-four retirees from a university in Guangzhou in 2013 were enrolled in this study. Blood pressure, fasting venous blood sampling in morning, serum of FPG, serum uric acid (UA), serum triglyceride (TG) Cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), the results were statistically analyzed. Results The abnormal rates of blood glucose, uric acid, blood lipid and blood pressure were 26.63% (270/1 014, the standardization rate was 25.62%), 44.87% (455/1 014, the standardization rate was 43.78%) and 33.93 % (344/1 014, standardization ratio 34.78%) and 50.10% (508/1 014, standardization ratio 47.83%). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that hyperglycemia (OR = 1.718, 95% CI: 1.286-2.295), hyperuricemia (OR = 1.408, 95% CI: 1.089-1.821), dyslipidemia (OR = 1.426, 95% CI : 1.087 ~ 1.872) is closely related to hypertension. Conclusion The abnormal rates of blood glucose, uric acid, blood lipids and blood pressure are high in retired college students. The levels of blood sugar, uric acid, blood lipids and blood pressure are closely related.
