一、引言为减少柱塞泵中柱塞与斜盘接触副的磨损和摩擦阻力,人们常采用滑靴—斜盘副的有源油膜静压支承设计法。该法降低了摩擦副的磨损和摩擦阻力,延长了使用寿命,其优点是不可否认的。但伴之而来且又必不可少的液阻(毛细圆管型或阿基米德螺旋线型)却给加工工艺和产品成本提出了高的要求。为简化工艺并降低成本费用,我们可采用无源油膜设计法,因该法确定的滑靴—斜盘副无液阻和静压支承腔。

INTRODUCTION In order to reduce the wear and friction resistance of plunger and swash plate in piston pump, the design method of active oil film hydrostatic support of sliding shoe and swashplate is often used. This method reduces the friction pair friction and friction, extending the service life, the advantage is undeniable.
