目的了解阜阳市食品中分离的金黄色葡萄球菌的PFGE分型、肠毒素分型及耐药性,为防控金葡菌引起的食源性致病菌提供科学依据。方法采用脉冲场电泳技术对42株金葡菌进行分子分型和聚类分析,结合肠毒素分型试验和药敏试验进行菌株生化特征分析。结果 42株食源性金葡菌有2株携带肠毒素基因,均为SEA,携带率4.8%;耐药试验显示42株金葡菌除对万古霉素均敏感外,对其余11种药物出现不同程度的耐药性;42株金葡菌的脉冲场分38类带型,相似度27.2%~100%。结论阜阳市食品中金葡菌耐药和多重耐药情况比较严重,肠毒素携带率较低,分子型别呈现多型性。建立了阜阳市食源性金葡菌的生化性状和分子图谱数据库。
Objective To understand the PFGE typing, enterotoxin classification and drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus isolated from food in Fuyang City and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of foodborne pathogens caused by Staphylococcus aureus. Methods 42 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were genotyped and clustered by using pulsed-field electrophoresis. The biochemical characteristics of the strains were analyzed by the combination of enterotoxin typing and drug sensitivity test. Results Two of 42 strains of Staphylococcus aureus carried enterotoxigenic genes, all of which were SEA with a carriage rate of 4.8%. The drug resistance test showed that 42 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were sensitive to vancomycin and the other 11 kinds of drugs appeared Different degree of drug resistance; 42 Staphylococcus aureus pulsed field 38 types, similarities of 27.2% to 100%. Conclusion Staphylococcus aureus is multidrug-resistant and multidrug-resistant in food in Fuyang City. The carrier rate of enterotoxins is low, and the polymorphism of the molecular type appears. The biochemical traits and molecular profiling database of Staphylococcus aureus were established in Fuyang City.
