为帮助我国企业减少损耗、降低成本、增加效益,进而提高我国整体物流效率、实现节能减排,需要提高罐区自动化及其管理水平。而当前罐区管控系统存在集成度弱、智能性低等缺点,因此需要研究与开发适合国内客户的、高性价比的综合类的罐区管控系统。基于TIA的罐区管控一体化系统采用统一设计,施工方面便于业主管理,功能上实现系统高度集成,并提供统一维护平台。不同于多数类似系统只包括监控层功能,本系统包括监控层和管理层:监控层实现生产监控和安全监控,管理层实现生产信息、业务信息、管理信息的高度集成和共享。本系统具有开放性、纵向贯通/横向集成、协同性、智能性、良好的可扩充性与延展性等特点,已在包括镇海炼化在内的数十家大型客户得到实际应用推广,最终得到以下主要结论:基于TIA的罐区管控一体化系统能够适应国内罐区客户需求并显著提升罐区工作和管理效率、自控工程与土建工程要统一考虑并保持建设步调相对一致以保证项目质量、通过合适的优化首次实现装车发货以流量计数据作为核算依据、横向系统间以及纵向系统间需要高度集成以更好服务于客户。
