随着人们生活水平的逐渐提高,对精神层面有着更高的要求。旅游行业的快速发展,能够满足人们出游的精神需求,为旅行社经营发展带来新的活力。但是,突发性危机事件可能对旅行社发展造成不良影响,要求旅行社相关工作人员必须具备良好的应急能力,以维护旅行社的持续发展。本文主要论述了旅行社发展中常见的突发性危机事件及产生原因,并提出了旅行社提高自身应急能力的对策。
With the gradual improvement of people’s living standards, the spiritual level has higher requirements. The rapid development of the tourism industry can meet the spiritual needs of people traveling and bring new vitality to the development and operation of travel agencies. However, unexpected crises may have an adverse impact on the development of travel agencies, and require travel agents related personnel must have good emergency response capabilities in order to maintain the sustainable development of travel agencies. This article mainly discusses the common emergency crises and their causes in the development of travel agencies and puts forward some countermeasures to improve travel agencies’ own emergency response ability.
