目前,在各建筑行业细则、规范的督促下,建筑施工现场管理日趋成熟,但由于施工环境不同、工程规模各异等因素影响,消防施工现场仍存在一些违规或不合理现象,如何改进消防现场规范化管理是建筑消防施工企业急待解决的一个重要课题。新修订的《消防法》强调了单位作为法律主体应承担的责任和义务,也为消防企业的规范化施工提供了新的准则,消防施工现场的法制化管理有了进一步的推动力。
Currently, under the supervision of various construction industry rules and regulations, the management of construction site has become more and more mature. The newly revised “Fire Prevention Law” emphasizes the unit’s responsibility and obligation as the main body of law. It also provides new guidelines for the standardized construction of fire-fighting enterprises and provides further impetus to the legal management of fire-fighting construction sites.
