在国际民航组织第3次亚太地区航行会议上,各国就国际民航公约附件15《航行情报服务》中的航行情报定期颁发制(以下简称AIRAC)进行了认真的讨论。会议分析了实施AIRAC的现状,指出了实施AIRAC存在的问题和困难,并提出了一些改进措施。AIRAC是多年来各国都在认真研究和不断完善的一项制度。中国民航多年来也进行了探索和实践。根据我们的实践,AIRAC不仅与航行情报服务有关,它涉及航空领域的多专业、多部门,是一个需要多方合作才能实施的制度。为此,我国代表建议在国际民航公约的其他有关附
At the ICAO 3rd Asia Pacific Regional Navigation Conference, countries held serious discussions on the regular issuance of navigational intelligence (hereinafter referred to as AIRAC) in Annex 15, “Aeronautical Information Services”, of the Convention on International Civil Aviation. The meeting analyzed the status quo of implementing AIRAC, pointed out the problems and difficulties in implementing AIRAC, and put forward some improvements. AIRAC is a system that has been carefully studied and continuously improved by many countries over the years. China Civil Aviation has also conducted exploration and practice over the years. According to our practice, AIRAC is not only related to the flight information service, but also involves multi-disciplinary and multi-sector aviation. It is a system that requires multi-party cooperation. To this end, my delegation recommends other related annexes to the ICAO Convention
