随着科学技术的进步,经济全球化的快速发展,最大限度地开发本企业的人力资源潜力是在激烈的国际竞争中赢得主动的正确选择。如何激励员工并且使员工保持高效率己经成为企业重点关注的问题。激励机制是员工管理机制的重要组织部分,在挖掘员工潜力、调动员工积极性、提高工作效率等方面都发挥着积极的作用。通过对Y集团员工激励机制的调查研究,分析了其现有激励机制的情况,从中发现了存在的问题,并通过研究分析其成因,最终对本集团的激励机制提出改进意见,以达到提高公司员工工作积极性和提高公司绩效的目的,并最终实现人力资源的优化配置。
With the progress of science and technology and the rapid development of economic globalization, it is the right choice to win the initiative in the fierce international competition to maximize the potential of human resources in this enterprise. How to motivate employees and keep employees efficient has become a key concern of the enterprise. Incentive mechanism is an important organizational part of the staff management mechanism, and plays an active role in tapping the potential of employees, mobilizing the enthusiasm of staff, and improving work efficiency. Through the investigation and study of employee motivation mechanism in Y group, this paper analyzes the existing incentive mechanism, finds out the existing problems and analyzes its causes through research and analysis, and finally puts forward suggestions for improvement of the motivation mechanism of the group so as to achieve the goal of improving employee motivation Work enthusiasm and improve the performance of the company’s purpose, and ultimately the optimal allocation of human resources.
