中小规模产险公司是我国产险市场的主要市场主体,在相当程度上左右着我国产险市场的发展。根据不同的经营特征,我国中小财产保险公司的发展模式大体可以分为以下四种:第一种是强调规模取胜的快速发展模式;第二种是以投资业务为公司经营重心的发展模式;第三种是以利润为先的稳健型发展模式;第四种是规模与效益并重的发展模式。通过对四种发展模式的利弊对比分析与实证分析,得出规模与效益并重的发展模式是我国中小产险公司良性发展的适当选择的结论。但是在产险公司发展的不同阶段侧重点也各不相同。同时保险市场等环境因素对中小产险公司发展模式的选择也具有重要影响。
Small and medium-sized property and casualty insurance companies are the main market players in China’s property insurance market, to a certain extent, the development of China’s property insurance market. According to different operating characteristics, the development models of China’s small and medium-sized property insurance companies can generally be divided into the following four categories: the first is to emphasize the rapid development model to win the scale; the second is to invest business for the company’s focus of business development model; The three are steady-type development models with profit first; the fourth is the development model with both economies of scale and scale. Through the contrastive analysis and empirical analysis of the pros and cons of the four development modes, it is concluded that the mode of development with both the scale and the benefit is the appropriate choice for the healthy development of China’s small and medium-sized property insurance companies. However, the different stages of the development of property and casualty insurance companies also have different emphases. At the same time, environmental factors such as insurance market also have an important influence on the choice of SME development mode.
