某重型机器广的鑄工車間机械化运輸,是我們在第一个五年计划期間,在苏联专家指导下自行设计的。这是一个投入生产較早的項目。在生产实践中,陆續遇到了一些問題,归納起来有这样三方面:(1)由于生产的发展和先进工艺的采用,原設計的机械化运輸不能滿足生产需要;(2)由于原材料进厂不平衡,铁路車箱形式不一,車間仓庫及煤庫的原有机械化运输设备不能充分发挥作用,增加了厂內人工短途倒运的工作量;(3)設計经驗不足,問題考虑不周,有些設备不好用。这些問題的存在,影响了工厂单位面积指标和劳动生产率的提高,形成了鑄造生产能力赶不上机械加工的局面。 6月份,我們组织了三人小组,在工厂的领导下,对鑄工車間以及鍋爐房和煤气站机械化运輸存在的問題,进行了調查研究,并采取了相应的措施加以解决,現将解决的問題介紹如下。
The mechanized transportation of a heavy machine-wide cast shop was designed by us under the guidance of Soviet experts during the first five-year plan. This is an earlier project to put into production. In the production practice, some problems have been encountered one after another, summed up in such three aspects: (1) due to the development of production and the adoption of advanced technology, the original design of mechanized transportation can not meet the production needs; (2) due to the Unbalanced plants, different types of railway wagons, and original mechanized transportation equipment in workshops, warehouses, and coal yards cannot fully function, increasing the workload of manual short-distance transportation within the factory; (3) Inadequate design experience and poorly thought-out issues. Some devices are not easy to use. The existence of these problems has affected the improvement of the factory’s per unit area index and labor productivity, and formed a situation where the casting production capacity could not keep up with the mechanical processing. In June, we organized a three-person team. Under the leadership of the factory, we conducted investigations and studies on the problems in the casting workshop and the mechanized transportation of boiler rooms and gas stations, and took corresponding measures to solve them. We will solve them now. The problem is described below.
