2011年4月28日美国州首席教育官员理事会所属的州际教师评价与支持协会颁布州际《示范核心教学标准》,这是针对所有中小学教师的一项新的教学标准。该标准整合了全国性和地方各州的教师标准,这对教师教育改革及改变美国基础教育教学质量低下的问题都有积极的意义。标准的修订由专业组织牵头,是各州与专业组织合作伙伴努力的结果,各州可自愿采纳实施。该标准从知识、性向和绩效表现三个方面详细描述了教师专业实践的复杂性。《示范核心教学标准》将为美国各州制定教师政策和计划提供广泛的基础,进而提升教师效能。
April 28, 2011 The Interstate Teachers’ Evaluation and Support Association, the chief education officer’s board of directors in the United States, enacts an interstate “model core teaching standard,” a new teaching standard for all primary and secondary school teachers. The standard integrates teachers’ standards across the nation and the local states, and this is of positive significance to the reform of teacher education and the change of teaching quality in basic education in the United States. The standard revisions, led by professional organizations, are the result of efforts by state and professional partners and are freely adopted by states. The standard details the complexity of teacher professional practice from three aspects: knowledge, sexual orientation and performance. The Model Core Teaching Criteria will provide a broad basis for the development of teacher policies and programs in all U.S. states, thereby enhancing teacher effectiveness.
