资源基础观认为,企业竞争优势源自企业所控制的资源或能力的异质性。文章把资源基础观拓展到产业链竞争框架下,从微观治理视角分析产业链竞争优势的内涵和源泉。产业链竞争是通过选择产业链治理结构,不断扩展产业链分工程度,引领产业链上各企业持续寻找和占领新利润增长点为目标,最终形成产业链整体竞争力的动态竞争行为。产业链竞争优势在于企业应对环境变化设计合适的产业链组织模式来协调、保护和控制多主体共同参与的交易行为,以确保企业在市场中获得优越的经济绩效。由于市场摩擦表现形式的多样性,不同企业在应对市场摩擦时采取多样性的治理机制,它们构成了产业链竞争优势的不同源泉。
Resource-based view that the competitive advantage of enterprises derived from the control of the heterogeneity of resources or capabilities. The article expands the resource-based view to the industrial chain competition framework and analyzes the connotation and source of the competitive advantage of the industrial chain from the perspective of micro-management. The industrial chain competition is through the choice of industrial chain governance structure, expanding the degree of division of labor in the industrial chain, leading all enterprises in the industrial chain to continuously seek and occupy new profit growth point as the goal, and finally forming the dynamic competition in the overall competitiveness of the industrial chain. The competitive advantage of the industrial chain lies in that enterprises should design appropriate industrial chain organizational modes to cope with, protect and control the transaction behaviors of multiple subjects participating together in order to ensure that enterprises obtain superior economic performance in the market. Due to the diversity of the forms of market friction, different enterprises adopt diversified governance mechanisms in response to market friction, which constitute different sources of competitive advantage in the industrial chain.
