This paper introduces a new CMOS mother chip structure that uses “gate isolation” and “cell area and wiring area fusion” technology to improve the utilization of the master chip unit; to enhance the design flexibility; and completely break through the gate The basic unit or the finite element logarithm of the basic unit of the master form; can be unequal and unequal width macrocell layout.
