据《中国电力报》载,哈尔滨电业局在道里供电局推行营销员机制试点工作,尝试将抄表员更名为营销员,并已取得了初步成效。笔者不禁为这一做法叫好。长期以来,抄表员的职责就是担负电力客户的抄表和收费工作。该工作既是供电部门营销一线“窗口”,又是电力销售的最终环节。
According to the “China Electric Power News”, Harbin Electric Power Bureau implemented a pilot program for the salesperson mechanism at the Daoli Power Supply Bureau, and tried to rename the meter reader as a salesperson and achieved initial results. The author can not help but applaud this practice. For a long time, the duty of the meter reader was to take charge of the meter reading and charging work of the electricity customers. This work is not only the marketing “line window” for the power supply department, but also the final link for power sales.
