焙烧磁选是处理鲕状贫赤铁矿的可行方案之一。我们在处理贵州平黄山鲕状贫赤铁矿的试验研究中,采用焙烧磁选方案,根据回转窑高温焙烧扩大试验,当原矿品位为234%Fe时,可获得最终铁精矿产率18.7%,精矿品位:Fe84.5%,SiO_26.67%,Al_2O_3 1.77%,MgO1.69%,CaO3.21%,P0.19%,S0.9%,回收率67.3%,脱硅率95.5%。脱硅率高,含磷量低是本方案的特点。
Roasting magnetic separation is one of the feasible solutions for the treatment of oolitic lean hematite. In our experimental study on the oolitic lean hematite in Pingdingshan, Guizhou, the final magnetic iron ore yield of 18.7% was obtained when the raw ore grade was 234% Fe, based on the roasting and magnetic separation scheme. Concentrate grade: Fe84.5%, SiO_26.67%, Al_2O_3 1.77%, MgO1.69%, CaO3.21%, P0.19%, S0.9%, the recovery rate of 67.3%, desiliconization rate of 95.5%. High rate of silicon removal, low phosphorus content is the characteristics of this program.
