目的系统梳理我国食品安全领域存在的问题,明确其数量和相互作用关系,形成我国食品安全领域问题系统。方法检索CNKI核心期刊数据库2003—2012年发表的我国食品安全相关文献1 170篇,纳入分析790篇;摘录文献对食品安全问题的描述,并归纳整理,形成问题清单,在卫生系统宏观模型的指导下形成问题系统。结果我国食品安全领域共存在34类问题;在问题系统中,属于系统食品供应过程的问题8个,属于结构层的问题17个,属于结果层的问题有5个,外部宏观环境层有4个问题。结论系统了解了食品安全领域内问题全貌,并结构化梳理问题逻辑关系,有利于食品安全领域问题的治理。
Objective To sort out the existing problems in the field of food safety in our country, clarify the relationship between quantity and interaction, and to form a system of problems in the field of food safety in our country. Methods A total of 1 170 articles of CNKI published in China from 2003 to 2012 were collected and analyzed, including 790 articles. Among the problem systems, there were 8 problems belonging to the system food supply process, 17 belonging to the structural level, 5 belonging to the result level, 4 to the external macro-level problem. Conclusion The system is systematically aware of the whole picture of the problems in the field of food safety and the logical arrangement of the problems is systematically sorted out, which is conducive to the governance of the problems in the field of food safety.
