结合BG110T和BG110TT套管的研制开发,系统研究了轧管热处理工艺对套管残余应力、壁厚公差、屈服强度以及临界抗挤压力的影响。研究结果表明,孔型设计采用壁厚正公差,采用多机架均整及严格控制回火温度与矫直温度,可使套管屈服强度提高,残余应力降低,从而有效地提高了套管的抗挤毁性能。当残余应力控制在100MPa以内,壁厚公差控制在+8%左右时,套管的临界抗挤压力可达到API标准值的1.6倍。
Combined with the research and development of BG110T and BG110TT casing, the effects of heat treatment of casing on casing residual stress, wall thickness tolerance, yield strength and critical collapse pressure were systematically studied. The results show that the hole design with positive wall thickness tolerance, the use of multi-rack leveling and strict control of tempering temperature and straightening temperature, the yield strength can be improved casing, reducing residual stress, which effectively improve the anti-casing Squeeze performance. When the residual stress is controlled within 100MPa and the wall thickness tolerance is controlled at about + 8%, the critical squeezing pressure of the casing can reach 1.6 times of API standard value.
