目的研究葛根素分别在PEG(NH4)2SO4双水相体系与丙酮K2HPO4双水相体系中的分配特性。方法研究系统总质量为20 g的PEG(NH4)2SO4中和体系总体积为10 mL丙酮K2HPO4中的体积比φ和分配系数K。结果确定了PEG(NH4)2SO4双水相最佳体系:PEG1500质量分数20%,(NH4)2SO4质量分数16%;丙酮K2HPO4双水相最佳体系:V(丙酮)∶V(水)=8∶2,K2HPO4质量为1.5 g。结论分别对这两个双水相最佳体系的分配系数进行了关联,lnK/φ2K2=A*+b*(w″-w′)这个模型适用于这两个双水相体系,关联结果与实验值符合良好。
Objective To study the distribution characteristics of puerarin in the aqueous two-phase system of PEG(NH4)2SO4 and acetone K2HPO4. Methods The volume ratio φ and distribution coefficient K of the PEG(NH4)2SO4 neutralization system with a total mass of 20 g for 10 mL acetone K2HPO4 were studied. The results showed that the best system of PEG(NH4)2SO4 aqueous solution was determined: PEG 1500 mass fraction 20%, (NH4)2SO4 mass fraction 16%; acetone K2HPO4 aqueous two phase optimal system: V (acetone): V (water) = 8 : 2, K2HPO4 mass 1.5 g. Conclusions The partition coefficient of the two systems with the best quality of the two aqueous phases is correlated. The lnK/φ2K2=A*+b*(w′′-w′) model is suitable for the two aqueous systems. The experimental values are in good agreement.
