通过不同供水水平条件下对田间土壤反硝化作用进行动态研究。利用C2 H2能抑制反硝化作用的N2 ON2 的转化过程, 用气相色谱检测出土壤中释放出的N2 O 的量。结果表明,田间土壤含水量较大时的土壤反硝化作用强度比其它时期明显增加,不仅增强了田间N 素的气态损失,而且给大气环境造成一定程度的潜在危害。
The denitrification of field soil was studied through different water supply levels. The use of C2 H2 can inhibit the denitrification of N2 O N2 conversion process, using gas chromatography to detect the amount of released N2 O in the soil. The results showed that the soil denitrification intensity increased significantly when soil moisture content was higher than other periods, which not only enhanced the gas loss of N in the field, but also caused certain potential hazard to the atmosphere.
