文章指出,在我国的治理整顿期间,加强县级宏观调控对于国家宏观调控总目标的实现具有十分重要的意义。为此,作者从实际出发,就固定资产投资的管理、抑制消费需求膨胀、完善工资与经济效益挂钩、建立健全目标管理责任制等四个方面的问题提出了加强县级宏观调控的具体内容和措施,值得有关部门参考。
The article points out that strengthening the macro-control at the county level is of great significance to the realization of the overall goal of state macro-control during the period of governance consolidation in our country. Therefore, from the practical point of view, the author puts forward the specific contents of strengthening macro-control at the county level from four aspects: the management of fixed asset investment, the suppression of the expansion of consumer demand, the improvement of the link between wages and economic benefits, and the establishment and improvement of the responsibility system for target management.
