分析了箱体零件产品图,包括箱体零件的精度、表面粗糙度和结构;进行了压铸工艺设计,包括压铸压力、温度和时间工艺参数;进行了模具结构三维设计,包括分型面选择、型腔数目计算、动模和定模设计、浇注系统设计,推出机构设计和结构零件设计等;最后通过箱体零件充型过程模拟,对压铸工艺进行了优化。模拟结果表明:箱体零件模具设计合理,整个充型过程没有填充不足的情况。
