为了探讨松软破碎围岩巷道合理的控制方法,以山西鑫鼎泰煤矿2#松软破碎煤层轨道大巷为研究对象,采用现场调查、数值模拟和理论分析相结合方法,探讨了破碎软岩条件下巷道破坏的原因、过程及耦合支护参数,通过数值模拟及工业性试验对该支护进行了评价。研究结果表明,巷道顶底板易成为破坏失稳的关键部位,使两帮承受更大载荷而发生片帮破坏,进一步削弱对顶板的支撑作用,形成破坏的恶性循环过程。基于支护体和围岩在强度和刚度不耦合使得支护异常困难,确定采用锚网索及U型钢棚的联合支护形式。研究结果在鑫鼎泰煤矿2#松软破碎煤层轨道大巷成功应用。
In order to explore the reasonable control method for the soft and broken surrounding rock roadway, taking the soft and broken seam track of 2 # soft coal seam in Shanxi Xindingtai Coal Mine as the research object, this paper studied on the conditions of broken soft rock with the combination of field investigation, numerical simulation and theoretical analysis The cause of the roadway destruction, the process and the coupled support parameters were evaluated by numerical simulation and industrial tests. The results show that the roof and floor of the roadway are easy to become the key parts of failure and destabilization, so that the two gangs are subject to greater load and the failure of the gang, which further weakens the supporting function of the roof and forms a vicious cycle of destruction. Based on the fact that the supporting body and the surrounding rock are not coupled with the strength and rigidity, the support is abnormally difficult, and the joint support form of the anchor net and the U-shaped steel shed is determined. The research result is successfully applied in No.2 # soft broken coal seam track roadway of Xindingtai Coal Mine.
