目的了解防城港市食品中副溶血性弧菌污染状况,为副溶血性弧菌引起食物中毒的防治提供科学依据。方法依照国家标准和《广西食源性致病菌监测工作手册》,对样品进行副溶血性弧菌的分离与鉴定。结果 1 309份食品共检出副溶血性弧菌208份,总检出率为15.89%,3大类食品(水产品、生肉、即食食品)中污染率最高的为水产品(27.21%);海产品检出率明显高于淡水产品,贝类检出率最高(41.32%);农贸市场检出率高于超市;4个不同采样点的检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);7月-9月检出率高于5月-6月、10月。结论防城港市食品中存在不同程度的副溶血性弧菌污染,海产品风险最大,应加强农贸市场的规范管理,夏秋季节加强海产品的检测。
Objective To understand the contamination status of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in food in Fangchenggang city and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of food poisoning caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Methods Isolation and identification of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were carried out on samples according to the national standards and the “Manual of Foodborne Pathogenic Bacteria Monitoring in Guangxi”. Results A total of 208 Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains were detected in 1 309 food samples with a total detection rate of 15.89%. Aquatic products (27.21%) were the most contaminated in the three categories of foodstuff (aquatic products, raw meat and ready - to - eat food) The detection rate of seafood was significantly higher than freshwater products, the detection rate of shellfish was the highest (41.32%); the detection rate of farmers’ market was higher than that of supermarkets; the detection rate of four sampling points was statistically significant (P0.01) ; July-September detection rate higher than in May-June, October. Conclusion There are different degrees of Vibrio parahaemolyticus contamination in the food of Fangchenggang City. The risk of seafood is the largest. The standardized management of farmer’s market should be strengthened, and the detection of seafood should be strengthened in summer and autumn.
