众所周知,我国DN_2—100型和DN_2—200型点焊机的生产率分别是68点/分及65点/分,这样的生产率远不能满足工业发展的要求。要提高该型号焊机的生产率,主要须解决机头的随动性,其关键是着力改善气压传动系统执行元件及气缸的结构。最近参考国外有关技术并结合本厂的设计制造点焊机的经验,已设计制造出一种可以实现快速焊接的机头。配装在原DN_2型点焊机上,可提高3—4倍工作效率。现将这种机头的结构及动作原理介绍如下。 1.机头的组成如图1所示,机头气路系统1,气缸总成2、导轨3、电极臂4及电极杆装配5等部件组成。而气路系统则由气动三大件
