目的初步了解高湿环境下部队官兵的生存质量。方法同《高湿环境下患病中医症候分布调查分析》一文。结果高湿环境下,调查官兵SF-36量表中躯体疼痛、活力、情感职能和总体健康维度评分均显著低于四川常模(P<0.05)。近2 w内,患有任意中医症候的调查官兵,躯体疼痛维度评分显著低于无中医症候的调查官兵(P<0.01);患有湿伤肌肤症候的总体健康和情感职能维度评分显著低于无湿伤肌肤症候的(P<0.05),患有湿痹关节症候的总体健康维度的评分显著低于无湿痹关节症候的调查官兵(P<0.01)。结论高湿环境下,调查官兵SF-36量表中躯体疼痛、活力维度、情感职能和总体健康维度得分均显著降低;患有中医症候调查官兵的SF-36量表评分显著低于无症候的调查官兵;疼痛对有中医症候的官兵日常活动的影响更大。
Objective To understand the quality of life of officers and soldiers in a high-humidity environment. The same method with “high-humidity environment prevalence of TCM syndrome distribution survey” article. Results In high humidity environment, the score of somatic pain, vitality, emotional function and overall health dimension of officers and soldiers in SF-36 scale were significantly lower than those in Sichuan norm (P <0.05). In the recent 2 weeks, the officers and soldiers who had any TCM symptom had significantly lower body pain scores than those who did not have TCM symptoms (P <0.01). The scores of overall health and emotional function scores of patients with wet-damaged skin syndrome were significantly lower (P <0.05). The overall health score of patients with wet Arthritis was significantly lower than that of those without wet Arthritis (P <0.01). Conclusion In the high-humidity environment, SF-36 scale of SF-36 was significantly lower than that of the non-asymptomatic Investigating officers and soldiers; pain has a greater impact on the daily activities of officers and men with symptoms of Chinese medicine.
