本文简要说明了后现代主义的含义及其主要表现,总结了后现代主义思潮下英美文学的基本特征:不确定性的创作原则,具体主要体现在以下四个方面:主题的不确定、形象的不确定、情节的不确定和语言的不确定。文中通过对英美文学不同作品的分析来例证这些基本特征。
This paper briefly describes the meaning of postmodernism and its main manifestations. It summarizes the basic characteristics of Anglo-American literature under the postmodernism: the principle of creation of uncertainty, which is mainly embodied in the following four aspects: the theme of uncertainty, the image of Uncertainty, plot uncertainty and language uncertainty. The article illustrates these basic features by analyzing the different works of Anglo-American literature.
