长效激励机制是指通过影响职工的态度或需求,提高工作积极性,引导其在工作中的行为。人力资源是单位发展的关键因素,激励是人力资源的重要内容。长效的激励机制在各项工作中起着非常重要的位置,也是职工时刻在探讨的问题。无论什么样的组织要发展就离不开人的创造力和积极性。事业单位员工是政府公共管理职能的组织者,也是政府公共管理权力的行使者,其行为能力及管理水平,直接影响政府公共管理的效果。本文中分析了建立长效激励机制的目的以及有效措施。
Long-term incentive mechanism means to improve the enthusiasm of work and guide its behavior at work by affecting the attitude or needs of employees. Human resources are the key factors for the development of a unit, and motivation is an important part of human resources. The long-term incentive mechanism plays a very important role in all work and is also a question that workers are discussing all the time. No matter what kind of organization to develop, it is inseparable from the creativity and enthusiasm. The employees of public institutions are the organizers of the government’s public management functions as well as the exercising powers of government’s public management power. Their ability and level of management directly affect the effect of government public administration. This article analyzes the purpose of establishing long-term incentive mechanism and effective measures.
