由于互联网的普及和我国经济的快速发展,应运而生产生了电子商务,在电子商务时代,各个企业将自身实体企业与电子商务结合也成为大势所趋,互联网购物更是不限地点,不限时间为顾客敞开大门,发展前景广阔。微商是“互联网+”时代的产物,它依附腾讯QQ、微博、微信平台来展示自己的产品,其针对人群更为明显,也相对有效,因而发展较为迅速。但“微商”的快速发展,政府的监管力度,以及相应法律制度跟不上“微商”发展的节奏,导致了许多问题的出现,本文主要就“微商”的发展现状及面临的法律困境做简要的分析。

This article mainly focuses on the “micro-commerce” Development status quo and facing the legal difficulties to do a brief analysis.
