一、引言 采用带极埋弧自动堆焊工艺,在低合金高强度钢压力容器的内壁上,堆焊一层耐腐蚀金属作为衬里,使容器既耐压又耐蚀,这是一种经济、方便而又行之有效的方法,因而在原子能、化工、石油等容器制造上广为采用。 厚壁压力容器在制造过程中,要经过累计时间较长的多次消除应力热处理,对不锈钢堆焊层的抗晶间腐蚀性能有重要影响。一
