金黄色葡萄球菌（简称金葡菌）肺炎是目前最严重的肺部感染之一［１］。随着吸毒人员的增多，特别是静脉药物成瘾者，其金葡菌肺炎发病率呈明显上升趋势。我科自１９９７年１２月至１９９８年９月收治吸毒并金葡菌肺炎５例，报道如下：１ 临床资料１１ 一般资料 ５例患者
