通过对人表皮细胞培养方法的研究,叙述了从取材、消化处理标本、贴壁剂和滋养细胞的准备、培养基和培养条件选择到各种生长刺激因子的运用这一过程。并对低传能线密度(1et)小剂量照射和重组人表皮细胞生长因子(rhEGF)对人表皮细胞生长的促进作用作了对照研究,证实了小剂量照射和重组人表皮细胞生长因子对体外培养的人表皮细胞具有相同的促进生长作用,且两因素具有协同作用,初步检测了两因素在该实验条件下的最佳剂量和浓度,对两因素促进培养的人表皮细胞生长的机理作了初步探讨。
