The Law of the People’s Republic of China on Work Safety was deliberated and passed at the 28th meeting of the Ninth NPC Standing Committee and was formally implemented on November 1. As the first law to comprehensively stipulate the systems for safe production since the founding of the People’s Republic, its promulgation not only shows that the CPC Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the issue of safety and reflects the people’s wishes and requirements for safe production, but also has comprehensive and comprehensive management of production safety
