对２０例１７年前行腭咽环扎术的患者进行了全面的语音检查、鼻咽部敷钡剂后行颅底位和鼻咽腔侧位电视透视、拍片，并进行有关数据的测量。结果表明，腭咽环扎术后患者软腭可充分延长，鼻咽腔全面缩小，腭咽闭合良好，语音功能恢复满意，证实腭咽环扎术远期效果可靠。
A total of 20 patients underwent velopharyngeal cerclage 17 years ago underwent a complete voice examination. Nasopharyngeal barium was applied to the skull base and lateral nasopharyngeal space to make radiographs and filming measurements. The results show that patients with velopharyngeal ligament surgery can be fully extended soft palate, the nasopharyngeal cavity is fully reduced, the velopharyngeal closure is good, satisfactory voice recovery, confirmed the long-term effect of 腭 环 cerclage reliable.
