研究水基润滑剂对板料的拉深性能,采用探针方法测试拉深过程中的摩擦系数,并在不同压边力作用下,对水基润滑剂在拉深过程中的摩擦特性进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:在拉深过程中,水基润滑剂存在一个最佳压力范围,在这一范围内水基润滑剂的摩擦系数比较小即拉深性能好。当超过这一范围时,摩擦系数明显增大,拉深性能变差。
The drawing performance of water-based lubricant on the sheet metal was studied. The friction coefficient during the drawing process was tested by the probe method.
