房地产是国民经济的支柱性产业,房地产价格的健康发展对我国社会主义市场经济发展具有重要意义。然而多年以来,我国房地产价格在发展过程中呈现出诸多问题,且表现出一定程度的畸形状态,同科学发展观背道而驰。本文即以马克思主义科学发展观为切入点,对我国房地产价格畸形发展问题进行探讨,寻求解决这一问题的有效途径。
Real estate is a pillar industry of the national economy. The healthy development of real estate prices is of great significance to the development of the socialist market economy in our country. However, over the years, China’s real estate prices in the development process presents many problems, and showed a certain degree of deformity, with the scientific concept of development runs counter to. In this paper, taking Marxism’s scientific concept of development as an entry point, this paper probes into the problem of deformity of real estate prices in our country and seeks an effective way to solve this problem.
