电力企业员工福利有利于保障员工切身利益,在电力企业发展过程中,应该从员工的基本利益出发,坚持以人为本的管理原则。员工福利包括维持员工基本生活的薪资待遇以及必要的绩效奖金等。本文首先介绍了电力企业加强福利管理的意义,然后分析了电力企业员工福利管理存在的问题,并具体探究了如何加强电力企业员工福利管理,以确保其积极作用的发挥。
Employee benefits in power enterprises are conducive to safeguarding the vital interests of employees. In the development of power enterprises, we should proceed from the basic interests of employees and adhere to the people-oriented management principles. Employee benefits include the basic salary of employees and the necessary performance bonuses. This paper first introduces the significance of power enterprises to strengthen the management of welfare, and then analyzes the existing problems of employee welfare management in power enterprises, and explores how to strengthen the management of employee benefits in power enterprises in order to ensure their positive role.
