结合本地独具特色的少数民族音乐文化资源,从学生生活环境的实际出发来建设学校音乐教育课程,把少数民族民间艺术文化素材性课程资源转化为音乐文化教学课程的有效形式。我国优秀的名族民间音乐(如:民歌、民间器乐曲、民间歌舞音乐等)是中华民族文化的重要载体,我国优秀的创作音乐(包括古代的、近现代的以及当代作曲家创作的音乐)不仅具有鲜明的时代特点,还具有鲜明的民族特征,同样是中华民族文化的重要载体。作为炎黄子孙应该热爱自己的民族民间音乐和优秀的创作音乐,也应该了解自己民族的文化传统,更应当在继承的基础上发扬光大。因此,将这类内容纳入音乐课的教学范畴是义不容辞的。
