从2005年开始,我县积极抓住农村能源建设的有利时机,大力发展以沼气为主的农村能源,利用十年时间,到2014年9月,已建成户用沼气近万户。为了巩固沼气建设成果,在发展户用沼气的同时,我县积极争取国家有关资金,先后建成了45处户用沼气村级服务网点。但随着沼气池数量的增加和沼气使用年限的增长,服务网点在沼气后期管理与维护的问题上显得越来越力不从心,沼气服务网点运行急需改进。一、我县村级服务网点的现状
Since 2005, our county has actively seized the favorable opportunity of rural energy construction, vigorously developed rural energy with biogas as the mainstay and took advantage of a decade to build nearly 10,000 households by September 2014. In order to consolidate the achievements of biogas construction, in the development of household biogas, our county actively strive for the state funds, has built 45 village biogas service outlets. However, with the increase of the number of biogas digesters and the increase of the service life of biogas, the service outlets are getting more and more powerless in the management and maintenance of biogas.
