党的十八大对社会主义新农村建设注重实效,十三五规划提出全面建成小康社会,展开脱贫攻坚战。但农村建设中人才匮乏影响了小康社会的发展水平。本文通过探析新知青政策来促进体育专业学生的就业,以推动更大范围的政策推广与深入,实现大学生就业与新农村建设的有机结合。 The 18th CPC National Congress has paid great attention to the building of a new socialist countryside, and the 13th Five-Year Plan has proposed that a well-off society be built in an all-round way and that a stratospheric fight out of poverty be carried out. However, the lack of qualified personnel in rural construction has affected the level of development of well-to-do society.
